Heidi es el personaje de un cuento infantil escrito en 1880 por la escritora suiza Johanna Spyri, en el que la acción transcurre en los Alpes suizos cercanos a la frontera con Austria. La gobernadora MARÍA EUGENIA VIDAL a quien se conoce por el apodo similar al nombre de la niña del cuento, no es HEIDI y en este caso no estamos en Suiza. Sí, en la Argentina, tierra en donde quienes gobiernan con diferentes matices son verdaderos tiburones y no dulces niños inocentes. Ello es lo que explica cómo un país tan rico, a lo largo de algunas décadas tiene tan altos índices de pobreza en su población, por supuesto acompañada de delincuencia y narcotráfico.
No me referiré a la señora VIDAL cuando siendo una joven de 27 años de edad, ocupaba el cargo de asesora y mano derecha de HORACIO RODRÍGUEZ LARRETA a cargo del PAMI. Época en que el doctor RENÉ FAVALORO agobiado por las deudas de su fundación y los “reembolsos” que le exigía ese organismo oficial a cambio de pagarle una deuda de DOS MILLONES DE DÓLARES, se termina suicidando.
Tampoco me referiré a su madre NORMA SUSANA CASCALLARES DE VIDAL acusada de ofrecer inversiones en la mesa de dinero del BANCO MAYO, donde en un “Abracadabra” desaparecieron TRESCIENTOS MILLONES de dólares cuando era dirigido por el señor RUBÉN BERAJA (estuvo preso un año y 10 meses a poco de comenzar este siglo)
Digno de mención es que BERAJA entre los años 1997 y 2007 cuando presidía la DAIA tenía como mano derecha al actual Secretario de Derechos Humanos CLAUDIO AVRUJ, lo que nos confirma lo pequeño que es este mundo.
Por último tampoco diré nada de la vil Ley 14.910 que impone en la Provincia de Buenos Aires, la mentirosa cifra de 30.000 desaparecidos para todo menester.
A lo que sí me referiré es a la entrega que VIDAL hiciera a ESTELA DE CARLOTTO, de la Comisaría Quinta de la ciudad de La Plata, modernizada y ampliada más gastos para su mantenimiento, el día 23 del corriente. Fue por el término de treinta años, lo cual quiere decir para siempre. El mismo mes pero de 2015 su antecesor DANIEL SCIOLI tantas veces maltratado públicamente por la familia Kirchner, también acompañado de CARLOTTO había colocado placas y letreros señalando el lugar como “Espacio para la Memoria”. Por supuesto VIDAL no podía ser menos, porque “Estamos Cambiando” y ahora regaló el lugar, total no es de ella.
Lo que parece no recordar ni tener en cuenta ni importarle en absoluto a la siempre sonriente gobernadora, es que “su” policía fue la institución con más personal muerto en los años de plomo. Superó los 230 asesinados por los “jóvenes idealistas”, esos a los que tanto le gusta rendirle tributos mientras se abraza a su amiga ESTELA. Ni hablar de los heridos con secuelas de por vida, para ella “esos” tampoco merecen nada. Por ello adultos mayores en prisión, a la hora de votar junto con sus familias mediten y tengan en cuenta que HEIDI no existe.
Seguramente en pocos años intentará llegar a la presidencia de la nación, ya que esa ambición domina sus actos y su moral. La suya como elector determinará si a pesar de todo la vuelve a votar para que ello sea posible.

Se imaginan si alguno o varios hubiesen sido hijos de la madre pero no del padre, el escándalo familiar. Así se manejan estas señoras . Imaginen ahora con todas las fichas de los nacimientos entre 1976 – 1983 en sus manos el desastre que puede causar y lo peor es con aval estatal de la futura Presidente, no, perdón Presidenta ¿alguno tiene dudas que si a la secta que maneja el país y las urnas, le conviene este personaje no va a llegar? En este desgraciado tema del terrorismo aflora lo más negativo del ser humano, como la mentira extrema, las ambiciones también extremas y un campo fértil para el odio, la traición y la maldad por la maldad misma.
