Semana a semana y a medida que en la ciudad de Bahía Blanca avanza el juicio por los bien o mal llamados delitos de lesa humanidad denominado MEGA CAUSA ZONA 5, se hace más evidente el amplio dominio territorial que existe por parte de los fiscales y “querellantas”, apoyados por el público presente. Esto trae aparejado un accionar desprolijo y grosero de los equipos dirigidos por el iracundo jefe de fiscales Dr MIGUEL PALAZZANI y la Dra. MÓNICA FERNÁNDEZ AVELLO, “querellanta” apoderada de la Secretaria de Derechos Humanos del Ministerio de Justicia y Derechos Humanos de la Nación (para unos sí, para otros no). Saben de la impunidad y el ilimitado poder que gozan y sus egos los aleja de la humildad, prudencia y el disimulo. Ellos se consideran los semidioses dueños de la “memoria, verdad y justicia” y quieren que todos lo sepan. Pero, siempre que hay un GOLIAT, también hay un DAVID, que generalmente no se deja ver. Pero esta vez se produjo lo contrario y a raíz de la declaración que prestara el testigo-víctima JORGE WERTZ, en la audiencia del del día 7 del corriente mes, este DAVID se mostró. Se llama EDUARDO SAN EMETERIO y es abogado defensor. Todo comenzó cuando WERTZ describe los colores de un uniforme militar (que no existía a la fecha de los hechos) y al no poder dar detalles del mismo, es ayudado por “alguien” ubicado a su derecha (¿presumiblemente de la querella?) a quien, dando muestra de buena educación, increíblemente agradece con un “GRACIAS”. Cuando SAN EMETERIO, como defensor pide la palabra y se queja por el ilegal “apuntamiento” brindado al testigo, el presidente del Tribunal Dr. PEDRO SEBASTIÁN, manifiesta que “nadie le dijo nada al testigo” no dándole lugar al defensor. Este más algún otro “error” ocurrido en la audiencia, hizo que SAN EMETERIO presentara una denuncia por falta de imparcialidad manifiesta y recusara al Dr. SEBASTIÁN, presidente del tribunal. También denunció al testigo-victima WERTZ por falso testimonio. Esto recién comienza y la acción en soledad, que inició el abogado defensor no será nada fácil. Lo sé por experiencia a raíz de las 3 denuncias que yo formulara en este mismo juicio, asistido por el valiente abogado GONZALO MIÑO, más una de los fiscales hacia mi persona por “desobediencia”. La corporación judicial existe, es gigantesca y de ser necesario arbitraria. De cualquier forma, y pese a las consecuencias, hay que denunciar los abusos judiciales, ya que para encubrirlos, se producen otros similares o peores, y algún día se tendrán que terminar, porque nada es para siempre. Más si tenemos en cuenta que con los mismos nos están exterminando. 770 imputados fallecidos en prisión, así lo certifican.

Entre el público no va a ver un solo “amigo” de las fuerzas a pesar que suman un par de centenares de miles (los retirados). Esto no es nuevo comenzó hace 20 años y seguramente mucho antes. Ningún juez va a exponer su “privilegiada tranquilidad laboral” en nombre de la justicia por nosotros y entonces ante ciertos hechos son ciegos, sordos, mudos. Al principio de estos juicios, aquellos que quisieron comportarse como jueces imparciales, tuvieron que irse. Ningún juez va a exponer su “privilegiada tranquilidad laboral” en nombre de la justicia por nosotros y entonces ante ciertos hechos son ciegos, sordos, mudos. Al principio de estos juicios, aquellos que quisieron comportarse como jueces imparciales, tuvieron que irse.
